1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Sanainterio for interior design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern our working relationship and outline the rights and responsibilities of both parties.

Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed with our services.

2. Services Provided

Sanainterio provides professional interior design services including but not limited to:

  • Space planning and layout design
  • Color scheme and material selection
  • Furniture and decor recommendations
  • 3D visualizations and renderings
  • Project management and implementation
  • Custom furniture and fixture design
The exact scope of services will be detailed in a separate project agreement for each engagement.

3. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your requirements and preferences
  • Make timely decisions regarding design proposals
  • Provide access to the property as needed for measurements and implementation
  • Make payments according to the agreed schedule
  • Obtain necessary permissions or approvals from relevant authorities
  • Communicate any changes or concerns promptly

4. Fees and Payments

Our fee structure and payment terms are as follows:

All prices are subject to change if project requirements change. We reserve the right to suspend services for unpaid invoices beyond 15 days.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair to both parties:

  • Cancellation within 24 hours of initial consultation: Full refund
  • Cancellation after design work has begun: Retainer fee is non-refundable
  • Cancellation after design approval: Client responsible for 50% of remaining balance
  • Cancellation during implementation phase: No refunds
All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 15 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership of designs and related materials:

  • All original designs, drawings, and specifications remain the intellectual property of Sanainterio
  • Upon full payment, client receives a license to use the designs for the specified property
  • Designs may not be reproduced, published, or used for other properties without written consent
  • We retain the right to use completed projects for our portfolio and marketing materials

7. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and subject to:

  • Client's timely feedback and decision-making
  • Availability of materials and furnishings
  • Contractor schedules and availability
  • Unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events
While we strive to meet all deadlines, we cannot guarantee completion dates due to factors beyond our control. Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation without penalty.

8. Liability and Warranties

Our liability is limited as follows:

  • We are not responsible for structural issues or pre-existing conditions of the property
  • We provide recommendations but are not liable for third-party products or services
  • Any warranties are limited to those provided by manufacturers of furnishings and materials
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute:

  • Parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations
  • If unresolved, parties will seek mediation with a mutually agreed mediator
  • If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Chennai
  • The prevailing party in any dispute shall be entitled to recover reasonable legal fees

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
